We recently moved into our new Moderno home.  Everything is incredibly well constructed and luxurious.  The trades did an amazing job with all the detailed work, they are truly artisans. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.  We are so fortunate to have purchased a home from a company that builds a great product and really wants their customers to be happy.

Prior to choosing Moderno Homes we walked through several newly constructed homes. On our first walkthrough with this builder, their quality, standards, and extreme attention to detail became apparent. Compared to the other builders, the standards were higher, and they really thought about all the details and what makes sense for our climate. After touring the Elveden Court show home, it's clear to see that you've done a great job! In general, I think developers have been missing this opportunity for a while—as baby boomers transition to smaller dwellings, it’s nice to see high quality lock-and-leave options beyond high-rise apartments! I was pleased to see Elveden Court's villas have all of the things I require at this stage of my life—a top-end kitchen, high ceilings, luxury baths, a home gym, theatre etc.—just in a downsized, while still ample, space. And the three-car garage is a nice touch! I would say you guys have hit the bullseye for this market segment.
